At the opening weekend of the bistro, we welcomed Zsolt Attila Borbély – Hungary’s prominent food critic and leading columnist of Magyar Nemzet – who spoke in superlatives about his first experience with the Újváros Bisztró.
In his lines, he mentions the entire bistro offer and also emphasizes the uniqueness of the coffee, wine and cocktail offer. According to the review which is published in the well-known national print media, the overall picture of Újváros Bisztró is impressive, the team is excellent; so without any doubt, the place is at the national forefront right from the opening.
After the impressive start, in the spirit of the owners and the commitment to quality, the recognized political scientist predicts a similar continuation for the bistro. What’s more, we received a promise that when the dinner offer begins – which is dreamed by our creative chef, Péter Várvizi who belongs to the country’s elite – he will definitely come back for getting another ÚB impulse.
